Billis Auto Part 3

These pictures are of the lovely living arrangements made for his dogs. These pictures were taken by a former tenant - I'm guessing about 20 months ago. Not that the conditions are bad enough, but at least three of these dogs were not on the property when I went there. This would suggest to me that these dogs have most likely died or escaped and have been replaced by the ones I saw. Mr. Billis, how many deaths are you responsible for?

Scary thing is, OCAS would probably call that "sufficient" since there’s plywood tossed over the top. That gives them a scant bit of shelter in only a fraction of the cage, but as long as there is water and shelter it seems like OCAS won’t do a thing.

Billis should try spending a day or two in there with the dogs.

What does anyone propose be done for the dogs currently in this man's care? Please note, I use the term "care" loosely...

I cried after seeing the photos and reading your entries. It's so obvious about the cruelty done to the dogs. I hope all the dogs under that Billis guy be rescued asap!

I think you need ALL your facts straight!! The rotti had been bitten by a spider and was under care...the tenants were evicted for not paying rent...its about time you quit making yourself out to be the victim when you where so desperate to get rid of Bear. Maybe your office needs to take some blame!!!

This last post was obviously from Billis or somebody associated with him. The facts are very clear-whatever the etiology of the Rotti's disease and death, no one has the right to leave that dog to die on a chain. Just because a vet made a diagnosis and provided care does not mean that you are then allowed to leave the dog to die. You will have your chance in court to explain all of the deaths on your property. I, unlike you, am not afraid to stand behind my comments. Billis, you are responsible for deceiving my office, for Bear's death, and for a multitude of deaths on your property. I will continue to do everything within the law to make sure you are held accountable for your neglect of these animals. Sincerely, Dr. Randall Cannon

I am so saddened by the death of the Rottie and Bear. This man should not be allowed to own any more animals PERIOD! And it's obvious that Dr. Cannon was not eager to get rid of Bear... he kept him for 6 months! Mr. Billis, you sick son of a b*tch, I hope that when you die, you die a horrible death like you inflicted on the Rottie and Bear and God knows who else! Til then, I hope you rot in prison!

Is Mr. Billis responsible for this? I'm sure someone would gladly relieve him of his duties.
